We offer a variety of classes whether you are looking for one on one programs or group programs we have something for you.
Rising Ninja - Adult
This accessible weekly group class covers topics such as: balance, carrying momentum, conserving energy, and techniques that break down obstacles into achievable steps. Technique training will be supplemented with additional strength training and conditioning for maximum results.

This class is taught by Michelle and Ewa, two competitive ninjas who represented Canada on the global stage at the World Ninja League World Championships in 2025. Throughout the class ninjas will receive feedback, and learn tips, tricks and strategies. Participants are encouraged to come train between sessions to practice what they learned.


Rising Climber Adult
This weekly group class is for beginners or for those who want to take their climbing to the next level. Our instructor will covers topics such as: hand and foot technique, balance and movement on the wall.​
This class is taught by Sufiyan, a passionate climber and setter & coach at Steel Peak.
Participants are encouraged to come train between sessions to practice what they learned.

Intro to Climbing - Class Only
This introductory course is the best way to get started with rock climbing! The course is designed for new climbers that are adults or youth aged 16yr and older. You will learn the basic techniques and movements you need to start your climbing journey. It does not includes a 2 week membership to the gym.

Climbing 101
Climbing 101 is a 4 week training program for new or experienced climbers. This one on one program taught by Rudy is an introduction to climbing movement and incorporates a supporting strength and conditioning regime to set you up for success in your climbing journey. This course covers topics such as climbing terminology, hand and foot technique, balance and movement on the wall. Experienced climbers will work on advanced techniques and conditioning to help them break through their current V-grade.
